Core returns will be accepted within 45 days from the delivery date.  Failure to do so can result in forfeiture of the entire core charge return.  To return your product core for full credit, please fill out our RMA return form to receive an RMA number (Located Here).  Please wait for RMA instructions before shipping any cores as most cores are sent directly to the manufacturer.

Please drain all fluids, if any, from the core.  The returned core must be a like-for-like make, model, type and part number.  Cores will not be accepted from a junk-yard.  Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive a full core credit.
