RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Diesel Outlet will accept returns of brand new, unused, uninstalled, or defective products within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in original packaging and have all of the original paperwork. Products that have been installed or used can not be returned for a refund. Some products may have a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us if you would like to know the full list of products that may have a restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. Please contact us for any returns, all returns require an RMA number. The Diesel Outlet is not responsible for returned packages that are damaged or lost.
WARRANTY AT THE DIESEL OUTLET
All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.
The Diesel Outlet, LLC. is not liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
We ship all of our products within 24 hours after placing an order. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We use all major shipping companies i.e FedEx, UPS and USPS.
The Diesel Outlet uses PayPal for secure checkout. All prices do not include taxes, during the final check out there will be tax added based on your shipping address.
At the Diesel Outlet, we protect our customer's personal information. We collect a limited amount of personal data when ordering through our website. We collect first name, last name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing address. Our customer data is protected online and offline.
You have the right to know what data we collect from you, and the right to view the personal data we hold.
Core returns will be accepted within 45 days from the delivery date. Failure to do so can result in forfeiture of the entire core charge return. To return your product core for full credit, please contact us and we will E-mail you an RMA number with return instructions. Please wait for RMA instructions before shipping any cores as most cores are sent directly to the manufacturer. Cores that have been disassembled and or have missing parts or damaged will not receive a full credit.
